1. Purpose

A.B.C. is provided as a private productivity tool for generating, translating and optimising draft content. Output should be reviewed and approved by the user before publication.

2. User data and separation

Information stored by a user, including brand profiles, uploaded files, generated files and logs, is intended to remain associated with that user account. It is not shared with other users and is not used to enrich or personalise other users' outputs.

3. Tool owner access

The tool owner/admin may need limited technical access for maintenance, troubleshooting, security and account support. User content should not be reused, published, sold or redistributed by the owner of the tool.

4. API providers

When content is generated, translated or optimised, selected content and instructions may be sent to the configured AI model/API provider to perform the requested task. Users should avoid uploading confidential information unless they are comfortable with the configured provider and internal policy.

5. Accuracy and editorial responsibility

AI output may contain errors, omissions or unsupported claims. Users are responsible for checking facts, compliance, copyright, legal suitability and brand accuracy before using any output.

6. Uploaded files

Uploaded files are used to support the requested task and stored within the user's workspace according to the app's current storage design. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and process those files.

7. Availability

The tool is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the application evolves.
